职位描述
工作职责: - Ensure the warehousing process is operated in compliance with company international standards; - Ensure the warehousing process meets customers’ requirements; - Monitor the warehousing process to achieve distribution efficiency measurements (DEM) such as warehouse productivity and service level; - Administer the distribution module of the system; - Ensure effective handling of all daily needed in-bound containers by integrating the needs and constraints of Inventory Control, Center and Transportation to compile the weekly devanning schedule; - Arrange regular physical inventory count to ensure stock and operation accuracy; - Achieve outstanding results in regular AIB / DC audits; - Provide different departments with document storage / retrieval in the warehouse; - Seek continuous process, quality and cost improvements by researching and developing new operational practice and technological advancement; - Ensure safety at work and security at the warehouse and office premises; - Plan approve operational revenues and expenses; - Prepare strategic plan and annual operational budget; - Escort center tour for guests, business associates or VIPs; - Ensure a high level of technical support for the general maintenance and repair works for facilities and equipments of the warehouse, the transport fleet and the office such as: - cold room / refrigeration system; - forklift / slip sheet rider / walker / pallet truck; - trailer / truck / tractor / chassis; - refrigeration units on all the vehicles; - delivery tooling / equipments. - Monitor the performance of contractors and vendors; - Plan and approve maintenance expenses; - Prepare strategic plan and annual maintenance budget; - Ensure cleanliness of the warehouse and the office is maintained at a high level; - Plan and approve cleaning budget and expenses; - Build up the center and enhance service level through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment; - Develop and execute succession plans and personal development plans; - Ensure products are stored in good condition and selected efficiently and facilities, equipments and cleanliness of the warehouse and the office are maintained at a high level; - Deploy facilities, equipments and manpower resources to achieve pre-set performance and operational targets; Ensure the storage process is operated in compliance with all the internal standard operating procedures and suggest improvement measures.
招聘要求
任职要求: - Bachelor degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Science, Business Administration or related disciplines; - 5 years warehouse management or logistics experience, of which 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in managing distribution center, freezer / cold storage, project management and engineering experience in a warehouse environment highly desirable; - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; - MS office applications and Chinese window; - Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, customer-oriented and supervisory skills; - Independent, committed, pleasant, innovation and team-spirited.
