Job Summary · To implement the company’s global quality policies and procedures in Asia · To create a culture for quality based on the processes map and measurement indicators directing the company to COMPANY product quality offering continuous improvement. · To define the quality policy, lead the implementation of quality models and system that can guarantee to the organization customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness in order to achieve maximum competitiveness. Primary Responsibilities (Task, Duties Performed and Essential Functions) · To implement quality systems or procedures to achieve customer satisfaction together with the commercial and plant function; · To lead the continuous improvement of raw material, production process and quality control system to reduce the number of complaints to zero. · To lead and support the ISO system and programs of the Company to control the capture and documentation of processes in all areas of the Company. · To validate regularly the quality indicators and the best practices of the process developed in other plants of the group (Internal Benchmarking). · To coordinate and prepare audits of the Company connected to Quality · To connect customer needs with the conditions of the production process and define product guidelines and criteria and the conditions of the manufacturing process. · To advice on the determination of quality objectives and determination and assignment of indicators Physical Requirements Exposure to office work. Must wear safety shoes, ear protection and other safety elements connected to the risks of the work zone.

Education / Work Experience Bachelor degree majoring in Chemical / Industrial/ Textile Engineering or related 10 year experience in woven and non-woven fabric processes. Manager/Head of Quality with experience in production, quality, research and development areas in manufacturing fields People management in a multinational Company in the Industrial sector Language Advanced level of English, interaction with other COMPANY plants, suppliers and customers. Regular technical reading and investigation. Specific Competencies (Technical, Business / Organizational, People / Behavioral) LEADERSHIP- Assumes the leader's role in a work group or team, providing guidance towards defined objectives and stimulating members for the desire of cooperation in order to achieve a common goal. PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION- Establishes a course of action for himself/herself and for others in order to achieve the objective. Plans his/her own specific tasks or those of a team and assigns resources correctly. MANAGEMENT FOLLOW-UP- To review, control, verify and perform the follow-up of activities, decisions and tasks he/she carries out to ensure the fulfillment of goals expected in his/her office. ANALYTICAL THINKING- Ability to perform a logical analysis to identify problems, recognize significant information and coordinate relevant data. KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE- It is the necessary ability to generate credibility in others based on technical knowledge of all processes under his/her charge in COMPANY STRATEGIC VISION- To be able to visualize the future scenario he/she intends to reach, to identify strategies and the most competitive position for the company, to predict consequences and anticipate facts that may generate risks in business actions. CUSTOMER ORIENTATION- Desire to help or serve customers, understand and satisfy their needs. Ability to manage and negotiate with the internal client.
